SHe (the waitress) thought for a moment and then said. "Let me check with the chef!" off she scurried to the kitchen, Seconds later she came back with an answer. "Sorry sir, its not free range. I do my best to keep an open mind, but I must say that I've noticed that more people from the USA seem "a bit" less intelligent than people from Canada. Just my two cents... Oh, and stop hating.
