    These are hideous and they look dangerous. They are a podiatrist’s dream. If you do ballet you might be able to walk in them. YUK

    So true! But if you did ballet, you would know better than to wear them! (you save your feet for ballet!)

    traditional Chinese is foot-binding. These are a long way from foot-binding. Ugly, but not foot-binding!
