During the next 60 seconds, Stop whatever you are doing, and take this opportunity.
(Literally it is only One minute!) All you have to do is the following: You simply say

Our Father, who are in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name,
Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day, our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who
